Celebrity Profile: Christian Bale

Another Ten of Clubs who has found his calling, Christian Bale is destined for ongoing super success. Starting with his lead role in Empire of the Sun in 1987, he has become recognized as someone destined for super star status. Recent roles in movies such as Captain Corelli's Mandolin, Equilibrium, Laurel Canyon and Reign of Fire have now landed him the lead role in the next Batman movie, Batman Begins, slated for release in 2005. You can also see him this year in his new movie, The Machinist, a movie which he lost 1/3 of his body weight to do (now that is dedication to a role!).
Christian is actually a double Ten, both a Ten of Clubs and a Ten of Spades Planetary Ruling Card. Tens are the success oriented cards in the deck. This makes him goal oriented to the extreme, but also a potentially great father and family man. Though the Ten of Clubs is not that marriageable or able to make long-term commitments, the Ten of Spades is, and has proven that it can overcome the unmarriageability of the Birth Card in many cases. One famous example of this is Paul McCartney, who is a Queen of Clubs / Ten of Spades. And Christian has been married for nearly five years to Sibi Blazic who is a longtime friend and former assistant of Winona Ryder. I'm betting he will stay that way.
What is in Christian's stars these days? Well this year has been very good and next year he has the millionaire's spread. The work he has done in the past will finally pay off in a big way. But his best years have not even begun yet. Starting at age 35, which is about 4 years from now, he will be experiencing even greater success and basically the fulfillment of all of his dreams and ambitions. So many young stars get divorced when they finally reach super star status. However, I don't think that is going to happen for Christian, at least not in the next seven years or so. He seems very stable in that regard. Just expect more roles and bigger roles. Remember, he is just 30 years old, just at the age where he can begin having his biggest roles in movies.
